Board of Public Works
Responsible for supervision all Public Works projects and to regulate, control and supervise the Water Utility, Wastewater Utility, Parking Utility, Highway Department (including the Maintenance Shop), Engineering Department, Grounds & Buildings, Refuse & Recycling, Public Works office, and Sanitary District #1.
The Board of Public Works may convene in closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) to formulate and update negotiation strategies and parameters. Following such closed session, the Board may reconvene in open (public) session.

Members
The Board of Public Works is comprised of the Mayor, Director of Finance and Purchase, City Planner, City Engineer, Director of Public Works, and one Council member. The Council member of said Board shall be elected by the Council on the 3rd Tuesday in April in odd numbered years.
