Members
The Housing Appeals Board consists of five electors of the City of La Crosse and two alternates who shall be designated first alternate and second alternate and may act when one or more members of the Board is absent or refuses to act because of a conflicting interest. All members of the Board, including the alternates, are appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by the Common Council and serve three-year terms.
