Transfers issued on all routes upon request at time fare is paid, which entitles passenger to transfer to any other route operating in divergent directions. These transfers are valid only when presented by the passenger to whom issued on the next connecting bus at designated transfer point.
Disabled Persons means individual who, by reason of illness, injury, age, congenital malfunction, or other temporary or permanent incapacity or disability, are unable without special planning or design to use mass transit facilities and services as effectively as persons who are not so affected.
