Reserve a Park Shelter
Reservations for 2013 will begin online at 12:01am on January 2nd for City of
La Crosse residents, proof of residency is required. In order to utilize the online system you must have an online account with us prior to December 16, 2012. If you do not have an account, walk-in office registrations or phone in reservations will start at 8:30am on January 2nd. Reservations for Non-City Residents (Town of Shelby, French Island, Town of Campbell) will begin Monday, January 7th. Please note that regular Parks & Rec hours are 8:30-5:00. Please call us at 608.789.7533 to make a reservation or to set up your online account.
Regular Parks and Recreation office hours are Mon. - Fri., 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
Shelters are available May 1 - October 13, 2013, 8:00AM - 10:30PM daily.

What to Expect at Registration
- Proof of Residency - Be prepared to show your driver's license.
- Household Entry/Verification - All household contact information will be entered/verified in our new system.
- Reservations - Please be prepared with your choice of dates and facilities when making reservations. Have a second and third option ready.
- Payment - All shelters must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept cash, checks made payable to City Treasurer, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover).
- Please review your receipt prior to leaving to ensure all information is correct.
- No refunds for canceled shelter reservations.
