- Safe Ride Program
The Safe Ride bus offers a safe ride between downtown and campus on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. There are stops on and off campus, around town and downtown, which are marked with a maroon and silver Safe Ride bus sign. The Safe Ride bus circulates through the route every 15 minutes! UW-L Students, friends, and the general public ride free on the Safe Ride bus. No student IDs are required.
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program
The DBE Program's goal is to increase participation of firms owned by disadvantaged individuals in all federal aid and state transportation facility contracts.
