The La Crosse Fire Department is proud to deliver high quality fire and life safety services to our community, and, in doing so, we wish to provide our customers with up to date information concerning our performance in delivering these services.

Below you will see our performance benchmarks for emergency fire and emergency medical service calls that we are called on to provide. We provide you with our response time information so that you will see how responsive we are in providing these services. We certainly hope that you will never need our emergency services; however, if you do require assistance please rest assured that we will be responsive to your needs as quickly as possible.
