Reserve a Park Shelter

Reservations for 2010 open January 4, 2010. Online reservations begin at 12:00AM, walk-in reservations begin at 7:30AM, and call-in reservations begin at 9:00AM. Reservations for non-city residents (including Town of Shelby, Town of Medary, Town of Campbell., etc.) will be accepted beginning Jan. 11, 2010.

Regular Parks and Recreation office hours are Mon. - Fri., 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

Shelters are available May 1 - October 11, 2010, 8:00AM - 10:30PM daily.

What to Expect at Registration
  • Proof of Residency - Be prepared to show your driver's license.
  • Household Entry/Verification - All household contact information will be entered/verified in our new system.
  • Reservations - Please be prepared with your choice of dates and facilities when making reservations. Have a second and third option ready.
  • Payment - All shelters must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept cash, checks made payable to City Treasurer, or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover).
  • Please review your receipt prior to leaving to ensure all information is correct.
  • No refunds for canceled shelter reservations.
