The Black River Beach Neighborhood Center is located La Crosse’s north side.  With beautiful views of the Black River and the beach just a few steps away, this facility is a true treasurer.  The Black River Beach Neighborhood Center is a new city building managed by the La Crosse Parks and Recreation Department.  The facility has a number of rooms that can be reserved for parties, gatherings or business meetings.  Recreational and leisure programs are offered on a regular basis including adult fitness classes.  The free computer lab can be enjoyed by everyone in the community whenever the building is open.  Stop by and see us today!
