Leaf drop-off sites will open for the season on October 24th, 2025, and will remain open until further notice. Myrick Park is no longer a leaf drop-off site. All sites, apart from Isle La Plume, are designated by orange snow fencing. Dumping at these sites without the orange fencing in place is not allowed and will be consider an illegal dump. Residents using these sites are required to remove and take all bags and containers with them; leaving them at the drop-off sites is not allowed. Additionally, brush and other yard waste material is not allowed at the drop-off sites and should be taken to the Isle La Plume, 2000 Marco Dr with a seasonal permit sticker or the County Landfill.

Hummingbird Rd off of County B
South end of West Copeland Park (by boat harbor)
Isle La Plume, 2000 Marco Dr. (Available only during yard waste site hours and attendants will be checking loads)
SW corner of Bennett St & 16th St S (Trane parking lot)
Shelby Ball Field Parking lot off of 33rd St
East end of Sunnyside Dr off of Hwy 35

City-wide leaf collection will begin October 27th and run until November 21st. An online map will be available on the city website when collection starts and will show you what areas we are working in.
