City Hall will open Tuesday, May 26th with regular hours being Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 1:00pm.

The lobby will have service desks in the lobby to assist visitors. Visitors will not have direct access to any of the departments, so if you would like to speak directly to a specific person you are encouraged to call ahead to schedule an appoint. Visitors will be asked to wear a mask.

Additionally, ALL services that can be conducted through electronic means or don’t require face to face contact should be handled that way. Emergency Supplies Donation

The City is accepting donation of items that are intended to keep our staff and public safe. Below is a list of equipment and supplies that the City of La Crosse would specifically be interested in:

  • Disinfectant spray, disinfectant wipes, sanitizer, sanitizer dispensers, individual sanitizer bottles, spray bottles and nozzles, and cleaning towels
  • Any latex/nitrile gloves,
  • N95 masks
  • Rain ponchos, Tyvek suit, etc
  • Any donations related to Personal Protective Equipment

We have established a donation drop off site at 2000 Marco Dr. (Isle La Plume) open daily 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Place donations in the designated location near the front entrance of the Municipal Service Center (look for the tent) and staff will be out to move those donations to a secure location.  Any questions should be directed to the City’s Emergency Operations Center phone line 608-789-7571.
