Notice of Designation of Historic Structure
This arch was dedicated to Joseph Losey, a lawyer and early leader of the community. He was instrumental in the development of Oak Grove Cemetery, and his friends paid for this memorial to honor him. The arch is based on the Arch of Constantine in Rome, built in A.D. 315.
