A Waste Hauler license shall expire June 30th of each year.

Applicant must also execute a $5,000.00 bond to the City conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of the waste hauler and the observance of the ordinances and resolutions of the City and such state laws and administrative regulations as are applicable.
