The Community Development and Housing programs help revitalize the City’s neighborhoods, address income inequality in the City, and improve the quality of the City’s housing. The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) staff also manages a number of federal programs including the Housing Rehabilitation Program, the Replacement Housing Program, and the Commercial Rehabilitation Program.
