2025-2029 Consolidated Plan & 2025 Action Plan 

The 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan is a planning document submitted to the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) that identifies housing and community development needs, addresses affordable housing, homelessness, economic development, public services, and infrastructure needs in our community.

Two public hearings were held regarding this report at the Economic & Community Development Commission Meeting on June 25, 2025 at 3 PM, and the Finance & Personnel Meeting on July 3, 2025 at 6 PM. Both meetings will be held at City Hall in Council Chambers.

The Plan was Authorized and Adopted by Common Council on July 10, 2025.
