IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING FITNESS CLASSES All classes require registration.  Drop-ins are not accepted.  Classes must meet the minimum participation requirements to be held.  Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Registration includes two possible class cancellations for unforeseen events.  If classes are cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a credit or refund.
NOT SURE ABOUT A CLASS?  Try it out the first day for FREE.  If you like it you can register for the session!
**All participants need to register, pay, and sign a waiver on the first day of class.  Please plan to arrive in advance so class can start on time.

Based on the Eastern tradition of Qigong, Yoga, and the internal martial arts, this training aims to relax and open the body to reduce stress, tension, and pain; to improve flexibility, and vitality; and promote energy development and flow. Emphasis on increasing the suppleness and resilience of the facia, improving posture, and strengthening the core.
