Lights on black decorative, metal poles can be reported to the City of La Crosse Street Department at 608-789-7340. Some of those may be handled by County, but calls will be directed accordingly.

Depending on the issue, traffic signals can be the responsibility of Engineering or Street Dept or handled by DOT. Emergencies should be reported to Police Dispatch at 608-782-7575. General maintenance concerns like a bulb out or light angled incorrectly can be reported to the Street Department, 608-789-7340, option 4. Issues with timing or traffic flow, can be directed to Engineering Department, 608-789-7505, option 2.
