The City of La Crosse will be closed for business on Friday, July 3, 2026 in observance of Independence Day (Fourth of July). City Hall and other municipal offices will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026.

33rd Street South will be closed near the 3100 block for sanitary sewer and water service work. The closure will begin around 7:00 a.m on Thursday May 21st. The road is anticipated to be re-opened sometime late next week.
