The Treasurer's Office is the division of the Finance Department that provides a central location for the collection of all City payments, including water, sewer, and stormwater utility bills, licenses (business and animal), parking tickets, general billing, taxes (CY Real Estate and all Personal Property), permits, municipal citations, and all other City payments including the processing of online payments.
