LCPD Seeks Information on Location of Individual with Felony Charges

On September 24, 2026, at approximately 9:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Odell A. Thompson (12/12/1984), who was operating an electric bicycle in the 700 block of Rose St., for a traffic violation. He fled on foot when officers attempted to take him into custody, and he has not been located. Mr. Thompson is wanted for Felon in Possession of a Firearm and drug-related charges. This incident was not related to Oktoberfest events. Thank you to the Onalaska Police Department, which was attending an area K9 training nearby and assisted with this incident.
