Calling all consultants!
The City of La Crosse is seeking proposals for consulting services to assist in a workforce operational and organizational study, including:
- Benchmarking the City's organizational structure against comparable organizations to identify staffing needs, best practices, and/or process improvements.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in current organizational structure.
- Identify efficiencies that could be achieved through the use of new technology.
