• Registration Fees:
  • Additional registration fee: If the property has not conformed to the building maintenance and security standards the registration fee will increase to $500 and incrementally increase thereafter up to $1,000 by $250 per registration.
  • Vacant building registration inspection fees:
    • First inspection $50
    • First reinspection $50
    • Second reinspection $200
    • Third reinspection $350
    • Fourth reinspection $525
  • Re-registration: $250
