Sign Erectors are required to be licensed in the City of La Crosse to apply for permits. Follow this link for the license application. There is an annual fee of $120. The completed form may be emailed to inspection@cityoflacrosse.org, mailed with a check to Building & Inspections at 400 La Crosse Street, La Crosse WI, 54601 or dropped with payment at window #4 in the lobby of City Hall.
