City Seeks Partner to Preserve La Crosse Housing

The City of La Crosse released a Request for Proposals (RFP) today, September 24, seeking qualified partners to administer its Housing Rehabilitation Program. This program is funded through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and has supported over 1,300 La Crosse homeowners since its creation.
