    In an effort to assist restaurants and bars on the path to economic recovery the City of La Crosse has created the following Outdoor Café Restaurant Recovery Program to temporarily allow restaurants, taverns, and tasting rooms to expand their business footprint onto adjacent outdoor space if approved by the City of La Crosse.
