City Hall Closed for Labor Day

The City of La Crosse will be closed for business on Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of Labor Day. City Hall and other municipal offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

Mayoral Proclamations

Constituents and organizations may request a proclamation from the Mayor's Office. Proclamations declare a particular day, week or month and serve to welcome, honor or celebrate people, events and significant milestones that occur within the City.

If you would like to request a proclamation, please submit your request at least two (2) weeks prior to your event taking place. Requests can be submitted via email to steelea@cityoflacrosse.org.
