• Paper Copies - $0.25 per 8.5" x 11" sheet and $5.00 per large format plan sheet

The Bidder's Proof of Responsibility qualifies for projects bid from June 1st to May 31st annually.

Once approved, it is not necessary to submit a new Bidder's Proof of Responsibility for each project you are bidding on during this time period unless your financial position changes.

2026 Schedule of Bid Openings(PDF, 197KB)

After a bidding opportunity has been awarded, information on all bids will be available on QuestCDN for 120 days.

Bid Opening is held on the 1st Thursday of the month at 2:00pm.

This is held in person at City Hall, Grandad Conference Room located north of the Council Chambers.

Online bid submittal is still required through QuestCDN.
