The Division of Community Risk Management offers many fire and life safety training programs to the residents of La Crosse including: 

  • Fire extinguisher training
  • Cooking safety (see our kitchen trailer demo below)
  • Smoke alarm awareness and installation
  • Falls prevention and education
  • Home escape planning
  • School programming during Fire Prevention Week
  • Hands Only CPR and How to use an AED
  • Emergency readiness
