File a Complaint

This form is intended for use by those wishing to file a specific complaint about the actions of City of La Crosse Police Officer(s) or the La Crosse Police Department as a whole.

It is not intended for complaints regarding a member of the La Crosse County Sheriff’s Office or the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Police Department. Those are separate entities. If you have a complaint about one of those entities or its members, please contact them directly.

It is not intended for use by those wishing to file a service request (instead use the City of La Crosse Citizen Request for Service form) or those needing non-emergency police service, call non-emergency dispatch at (608) 782-7575. In an emergency, call 9-1-1.
