File a Police Report

Select one of the following online services:

• Submit a new Police Report.
• Submit a Statement. This can include providing a victim or witness statement or supplying follow-up information for an active case (will need case number).
• Submit an Open Records Request.
• Visit the Victim/Witness Rights and Advocacy Information webpage.

 **Please note: do not enter full credit card numbers when filing a report. An Investigator will be in contact with you if that information is needed.
