Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is the city’s official long-term strategy for how the community should grow, develop, and invest in infrastructure over the next 15–20 years. The current plan - Forward La Crosse 2040 Comprehensive Plan - guides decisions about land use, housing, transportation, economic development, heritage preservation, and environmental sustainability.
