Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Amendment

The City of La Crosse is looking to amend the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan and invites you to provide your input. Two open houses will take place on July 28, 2026, at the La Crosse Public Library from noon to 1 PM (Main Level Auditorium) and 5 to 6 PM (Lower-Level Auditorium). Participants will review maps and provide input on the potential changes to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan network. 

In order for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan to stay relevant, it is important to view this as a living document to be updated when necessary. This year, it became apparent there was a need for some updates to keep the plan implementable and allow for flexibility. Potential changes are in the side panel and updated maps are available below.
