La Crosse Municipal Harbor

La Crosse Municipal Harbor is a 176 slip, handicapped accessible marina situated along the Mississippi River located on the west bank of Isle La Plume. This marina provides easy access to the Mississippi River system.

  • Bathroom and Shower Facility
  • Water and Power
  • Pump-outs
  • Dry Land Storage 
  • Slip Rentals (Accomodations for 14 foot to 58 foot in length), several 20 foot slips available for 2026.

Veterans Point Marina

Veterans Point Marina is a 123 slip, handicapped accessible marina situated along the Black River, located at the south end of Veterans Freedom Park.  This marina provides easy access to the Mississippi River system.  The marina is full for the 2026 season.

The City of La Crosse Waterways system offers seasonal marina and harbor rentals at municipal marina facilities along the our local waterways. All rentals are subject to City policies, fees, and safety regulations, and require an approved agreement through the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department.
